The nursery is open every weekday during term time, from 8.45 am until 3:15 pm.
Session Times
Morning (including Lunch): 8.45 am-12.15 pm
Afternoon: 12.15 pm – 3.15 pm
Full Day: 8.45 am – 3.15 pm
Fees
Our session charges for the 2024-2025 academic year are:
Morning (including a 30-minute lunch 11.45 am – 12.15 pm): £30
Afternoon: £24.00
Full day: £54.00
Billing
A bill issued at the start of each term (6 times per year). You are liable for payment for all sessions booked even if your child is absent for any reason as per our Terms & Conditions of Childcare.
Government Funding
Every 3 & 4 year old is entitled to either 15 Government funded hours per week, for 38 weeks in each academic year. Some are able to receive the extended (30 hour) funding and this is dependent on family eligibility. You can find out the eligibility criteria for this on our links page. This funding can be used during our morning or afternoon sessions but cannot include the lunchtime session element of the day. Children attending for funded hours only can attend for afternoon sessions. If Parents are sharing funding with another childcare provider, then any hours over the funded hours will be charged according to our fee structure.
Some children aged 2-3 may be eligible for ‘free for two or the working families entitlement funding’. Please see our link to the eligibility criteria for this on our links page.
Childcare Vouchers
We are happy to accept childcare vouchers and are currently set up with Busy Bees, Childcare, Eden Red and Sodexo voucher schemes. We also accept payment via the Government Tax-Free Childcare scheme.
